At JGV CUSTOMS LTD we treat everyone who walks through our doors with respect, and we expect the same in return.

We take 0 tolerance approach to inappropriate behaviour of any kind including but not limited to:

- Rude, disrespectful or offensive behaviour, including derogatory remarks and disruptive acts amounting to verbal and emotional abuse
- Sexually inappropriate comments or behaviour
- Racist or discriminatory abuse
- Aggressive and violent behaviour
- Drug or alcohol use either at our venue or before arrival.
-Re-negotiating prices after services have been carried out

All work related deposits differ in amount depending on the price of the service taking place in house or mobile.
Once a deposit has been paid and you have read and accepted the T&C’s YOU are agreeing to our terms of business.

We have a strict cancelation policy as last minute cancellations can be extremely damaging to the company/staff etc. This is because most services we offer require a lot of preparation to allow which ever service you have chosen to run smoothly i.e. staff placement and preordering items needed for your chosen service. This therefore means that if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
