Second time we’ve used Joe now and wouldn’t use anyone else. From booking in, to having to change days due to work he couldn’t have been more helpful and polite. The car looks as good as it did when it was bought. Infact I can’t believe how good it does look after. I took a phone call on Friday and with a tight deadline of exchanging my car on Monday, Joe & Naz somehow managed to get me straight in for a valet on the Saturday! I’ve got a brand new car! Well actually I haven’t but the car I’ve got looks brand new! What a fantastic job Joe did. Talk about a hard worker. Best valet I’ve ever had. Plus - he’s a top bloke. Can’t recommend highly enough.

i took my m135i here for my immobiliser and rear windows tinting. he was very helpful and explained in detail what would be done and how i had to work it and change the settings. i was even dropped off to a nearby retail park to wait and was picked back up when it was ready. all round pleasant experience and lovely guy to deal with

Had my car cleaned yesterday and all I can say is wow!🤩 It’s safe to say my car was in a bad state inside and out due to having dogs and the muddy weather…the condition it is in now is better than when I purchased the car, it’s absolutely spotless and it smells amazing! Absolutely fabulous service. Worked tirelessly for over 6 hours! Took the grottiest looking motorhome roof to looking brand new. As a business, JGV Customs only does deep cleans, this means we recommend our clients to get a deep clean every 6 months. We also offer a monthly maintenance plan starting from £80 PCM if you wish for your vehicle to remain at its best all year round!
These days, most people refer ‘detailing’ to ‘valeting’ too much. A detail should be carried out once in the lifespan of the owner at that time. Detailing is paint correction meaning you machine polish the vehicle removing a certain % of defects (depending on how far the client wants to go) removing swirls & scratch marks then usually finished with some sort of protection such as a ceramic coating etc.
We only use the biggest brands in then industry, this is because we know that they are trusted and they work! Our main brand we use is auto Glym as we are a registered operative for the company. We also use other brands such as: Performance PPL, Koch chemie, belt hammer and many more!

We offer a monthly maintenance valet service but you have to book a deep clean in first to be able to use this service. If we detail your vehicle also we can maintain your vehicle to keep it at its highest standard every 4-6 weeks. Prices may vary.
